Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to respond to enquiries and deliver classes: the student's name and grade/class, a parent or guardian contact number and/or email, the subjects and schedule requested, and academic details such as assessment results, assignments and progress notes.

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a trial or regular classes, share progress updates and reports with parents, and send class-related reminders. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Information is shared only with the teachers assigned to the student and with the service providers we use to run classes and communicate (for example the online meeting platform and email). We may disclose information where required by law.

Most of our students are minors. Enrolment, communication and payment are handled with a parent or guardian, and we expect a parent or guardian to provide any student information on the child's behalf.

We keep records for as long as a student is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterwards for academic and accounting purposes, then remove them. Access is limited to the people who need it to teach or administer classes.

You can ask us to view, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing Kestrioacademy@gmail.com.
